Simply Quran School - Teens Islamic Lessons
These are interactive and engaging Islamic lessons for girls that will run throughout the academic year covering various topics.
 
These classes are designed to build an in-depth foundation in understanding Islam (according to the Qur’an and Authentic Sunnah) and transforming oneself both practically and spiritually. This knowledge is essential for every Muslim female.
 
Explore the six pillars of Eemaan in detail and learn about the Allaah, Angels, the Prophets and Messengers, Allaah’s Books Day of judgment and Predestination.
 
Topics that will be taught:
  • Six Pillars of Eemaan
  • Stories in Islam
  • Morals & Manners
  • Tafsir – explanation of selected Surahs from Juzz Amma
  • Essential Duas
     
Each lesson we cover the following:
  • Subject matter e.g. “Who is Allaah? How many Angels are there? What is the Day of Judgement?
  • Important Arabic words and their meanings e.g. “Eemaan”, “Qadr”, “Yawmul Qiyaamah”, etc
  • Lessons we learn from the stories in Islam
  • Morals & Manners
  • Relevant Duas
  • Q & A session

School Requisite:
  • AGE: 12+ (Females ONLY)
  • COMMENCING: 24th September 2025
  • DAY & TIMES: Every Wednesday 7pm – 8pm BST UK times
  • DURATION: Full academic year from September 2025 – July 2026. Lessons throughout the calendar year excluding all term-time and Eid holidays.
  • TEACHER: Ustaadha Umm Maryam. Over 10 years of teaching experience.
  • LOCATION: Study online via Zoom. If unable to attend live class, can follow with recorded lessons that will be available to the class.
  • SHOW-CASING: The students who produce good written pieces on the subject will have their homework showcased.
  • COST: £200 course fee. Payment in advance or 4 month instalment payment plan available (non-refundable). Read Terms & Conditions for more details.
  • CERTIFICATE: To receive a Certificate of Participation at the end of the course.
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Understand spoken English. A computer/internet to connect. Parental/Guardian (female ONLY) supervision if under 16.
  • CLASS RESOURCES: Video recording and PDF of each lesson will be available.
